Hello! I don't really know what to write here. I was an art student at Manchester School of Art until October 2015. I decided to withdraw from my course during the start of the second year. So now I'm trying to work on my own and hopefully I'll develop my art on my own. I usually draw or paint with watercolours but I've been dabbling in digital art a little. So really, I don't know what I work with but I can tell you I draw a lot of pokemon and animals. Anyway I hope you like my art and please feel free to tell me what you think (especially if it's a nice comment ;) )

So, first journal post. I've just dropped out of uni. It wasn't for me and I thought I would benefit more from working in my own time at my own pace. I'm trying to get my work out there and get it going. I've started a Facebook page called AlexLaceyIllustration and a blog called Leaving the end open on Blogspot. I've also created a Red Bubble page. If you don't know what Red Bubble is, it's a website that helps independent artists. They have various things on offer which they then allow artists to upload designs to and have them printed on the products.
